Notice of Public Consultation and Public Exhibition in relation to Additional Information Submitted to Scottish Borders Council

SCOTTISH BORDERS COUNCIL

THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 1999 NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 13 AS APPLIED BY REGULATION 19(2)

APPLICATION TO CONSTRUCT A WIND FARM CONSISTING OF THIRTEEN TURBINES WITH ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE INCLUDING ACCESS TRACK AND SUBSTATION/CONTROL ROOM LAND AT BROADMEADOWS FARM SELKIRK

Notice is hereby given that further information in relation to an environmental statement has been submitted to Scottish Borders Council by Greenpower (Broadmeadows) Ltd relating to the planning application in respect of the construction of a wind farm with associated infrastructure, notified to you under Article 9 (1) of the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Scotland) Order 1992 on 22 December 2004.

A copy of the further information together with the environmental statement and the associated planning application may be inspected between the hours of 8.45 am and 4.45 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45 am and 3.30 pm on Friday at:

The further information may also be inspected at the following locations:

The period available for inspection is 28 days from the date of publication of this notice. A public exhibition will also be held in Yarrowford Village Hall on 18 August 2009 between the hours of 11:00 am and 9:00 pm, during which members of the public can question Greenpower members of staff who will be present.
